Am
I bound to one machine?
No you are not bound to one machine but we do monitor
multi-usage. If we find that multiple users are accessing
the presentations through your account we will terminate
your subscription unless you have a group pass.
How
long does my pass last for?
Your "Pass" will work for the length of
time you signed up for. If you started on Jan 1 and
had a six month pass, then the subscription would
end 6 months exactly from Jan 1. If you need to extend
your subscription length you can log in and purchase
an extension/another pass.
Can
I extend my pass, if so how?
Just log into your account and sign up for any of
the presentations. Your extension will start the day
you signup for the extension. (It does not add onto
your existing pass).
I
lost or can't remember my password, now what?
Try to sign in, even if you don't remember your password.
Our system will provide you with a security question.
The password is then emailed to the email address
used when signing up.
How
long are the presentations?
Each presentation length is different, but on average
they are about 30 - 45 minutes long.
Is
there a way I can get the presentation in slide format?
Yes, you can print slides directly
from each presentation.
Slides are copyright material from EPW and are for
your personal use only and are not made for distribution.
Do
you offer the presentations on DVD/CD?
Please call us for availability.
Are
there books that you recommend?
Yes, David has written several
books that are available.
Who

Can
I record a session or save it on my computer?
No, the system does not support
this due to the streaming media and copy right issues.
What
will I learn from these presentations?
You will gain valuable information
centered around today's Estate Planning practices.
Each presentation has a focused topic.
How
can I be notified for new presentations?
If you already signed up for our presentations then
we have you in our system. We will notify all customers
via email when a new presentation is available.
Can
I get a group license so my staff can have access?
Yes, we understand that many
organizations will want to share this information
with their staff without having many individual accounts.
We offer a GROUP PASS which provides one password
& one account name. This provides you the ability
to share the presentations with only one bill. To
request a group pass please fill out the form (click
here to go to form) and a EPW representative will
contact you to discuss this package.
The
presentation starts to load but nothing happens?
There are some moments when the Internet is being
heavily used that some presentations may be delayed.
Our presentations use the latest streaming flash technology
hosted by Vitastream. On some occasions, we have noticed
presentations having
this difficulty. Just refresh/reload the presentation
at it should be fine. Sorry for this inconvenience,
we are working with our partners to provide you the
best service possible for now and in the future.
